Chair Person Eunice Norman
The Chairperson is seen by other organisations as the ?face of HRM? and liaises with them. Eunice chairs committee meetings and discussions steering them to successful conclusions and co-ordinates, advises and assists the other committee members.
Eunice has been with HRM since 1973 and is currently a ward rep on a Wednesday evening.

Vice Chairman Gordon Clark
The Vice-Chairman assists the chairperson and fulfills their duties when they are not available.
Gordon has been a member of HRM since 1983. He is an engineer and his main night is Tuesday.

Secretary Diana Willis
The Secretary records the minutes of the committee meetings and sends out general correspondence and keeps copies of all correspondence sent or received.
Diana has been a member for 5 years. I ward rep every Monday evening and present ?Rock around the 50?s? alternate Saturdays between 2 - 4 p.m. She also represents Hospital Radio Medway on the League of Friends.

Treasurer Colin Silk
The Treasurer administers the account and advises the committee on financial matters and keeps records of membership subscriptions.
Colin has been a member of HRM since 1974. He is one of the engineering team, his main evening being Thursday. Colin is also the Membership Secretary for the League of Friends.

Studio Manager Steve Field
The Studio Manager is responsible for programmes that are broadcast and new programming this is supported by the work of the programme controller also. He is also responsible for studio discipline and all aspects of the running of the studios.
Steve has been a member since 2000. As well as recording some ease up to midnight programs he is currently a standby presenter.

Membership Secretary Barry Whittle
The Membership Secretary is responsible for maintaining the list of members. He is also responsible for recruitment, interviewing and deciding suitability of prospective members to fill vacant positions.
Barry has been a member of HRM since 1998. He is a program assistant on a Monday evening.

Fund Raising and Publicity Co-ordinators Ken Lockerby
The Fund Raising and Publicity Co-ordinator deals with any media activities and sends out press releases to the papers, radio and television. He organises publicity for events, programmes and other station news. He also co-ordinates fund raising events, ensuring that they are properly organised.
Ken joined Hospital Radio Medway in 2003 and presents Monday Night Allsorts between 6 and 8pm.

Chief Librarian Steve Watt
The Chief Librarian controls the team of librarians responsible for updating and maintaining the media collection and its indexing on the computer. Steve decides what new items need to be purchased and what items require replacement.
Steve has been a member of HRM since 1990.
