To help pass information from Committee Meetings to the members, copies of the newsletter will be left by the diary and placed on the website.
At the Committee Meeting on the 12th March 2007 members concerns over fund raising arrangements were discussed. The Committee will try to ensure that more notice is given for O.B.?s so that all the membership can attend and help fund raise.
The Central Theatre in Chatham has said it will try to allow ?stars? to be interviewed by HRM for later transmission. Volunteers please contact Eunice.
The Committee agreed to support a further ?Smile? magazine next year. The new edition is available for distribution to patients and at O.B.s. The company has paid over £1000 into our funds for this edition. Any contributions for next year?s magazine will be welcomed by the Chairman.
Steve Watt reported to the Committee the addition of 25 new c.ds. to the library since Christmas. 30 new tracks per month were added to DPS.
A new fridge is being purchased for the kitchen.
Gordon Clark told the Committee that all members may join the Radio Academy for free. More details may be found at www.radioacademy.org
